Serendipity Healthcare Ltd was founded in 2009 by Clive and Sarah Pickles with the belief that people are happiest being cared for in the comfort of their own homes.  We have grown from servicing a small number of clients to currently caring for more than 200 service users in the Chesterfield, Alfreton, Bolsover and Dronfield areas.

We employ between 100 and 110 full and part-time carers.

The care workers are recruited via a rigorous selection process, which includes a face-to-face interview, reference checks, a Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure, and Skills for Care Induction programme.

All staff is covered by public and professional liability insurance with Towergate Professional Risks underwritten by AXA Insurance UK plc.
